Looking For Someone to Help Grow a Forum With

Hello,
I need help from someone to help grow a forum with. The forum has kind of died, and it's because I need more than just me to help run it. This user will need to have a bit of experience running forums. I am not really looking for a developer, but that would be a nice +1 for you. I will be splitting the profits of this forum with this partner, as well I will be paying for all server and domain costs. If you are interested post below with a reason why you think you deserve this, and give references if any.

I have experience and only know how to edit templates and not code. And I can help and I will take hardly any costs of your willing To pay.
