Hello everyone I have attempted to dna a lookfantastic order with 2 perfumes claimed dna and got a non receipt form to fill in and waited around 3-5 days for a reply back from lookfantastic and they said this

Your account has been referred to our investigations team.

As the proof of delivery image shows the parcel being accepted, we are completing a full delivery network investigation with the courier.

In order to conclude our investigation, please can you upload an image of your front door as per the courier photograph?

Just because it's your door in the photo doesn't mean it can't be DNA'd because anything could've happened after that photo was taken. Let us know your result
