Oh hell. It's been quite some time my friends! I'm fine, I hope no one worried about me because I'm just fine!
Me and my Dad are working on out relationship, and things seem to be getting better. I've got my permit now, just opened a bank account last week, and some other things. My Dad has finally started to let me grow up. It was getting really bad though. My Aunt yelled at my Dad over the phone for over two hours and she said this at one point (the name "Bob" is a filler name for my uncle which is their brother.) "If you don't start letting him grow up, and stop being strict on him, and treat him right, I'm going to get Bob involved and you'll end up losing the family". I didn't even know she said this until she had told me like a week later.

On fathers day at about 9:30 PM my Aunt sat me and my Dad down and we had a 4 & 1/2 hour talk. It took me crying for him to actually understand. He ended up crying because he didn't truly know what he was putting me through. It ended good, and I hopefully will start being able to live my life now. For those of you new members that are now here after I "left", my Dad mistreated me so much, that's all I'm going to say.

That aside, I'm so happy to be writing this thread. I really hope that I can start being active here more. I've had time to be active many times, it's just all the damn SE'ing that has kept me away. Anyways, the 1 or 2 times I've come back to look, I've seen some new members. I want to say hello to all of you, and I really hope to see you all here sometime soon! I'm happy to see you guys here, I bet you love SL, and will consider it home very soon.

Love to all that stuck with me through all that was going on in my life and cared for me!

Let's not get this out of hand. He wasn't like that. He just never let me be a kid, I wasn't allowed to have my phone at school, I wasn't even allowed to have anything at home fun wise, I wasn't allowed to hang out with friends, I was locked in the house pretty much. Due to this I never was able to be social and stuff.

I was allowed to before my Mom passed away in 6th grade, but that was still rare. The phone situation is a problem because I didn't mention I wasn't allowed to have it when I was at home either and literally everyone else was allowed to have theirs.. it was practically sitting in my Dad's room useless, and I never really fit in as much because I didn't get to do these things, and I was bullied a little in high school. When I say fun wise, I meant stuff like toys, and electronics. I didn't want to put the message out there that he "didn't let me have a single thing" because that would be false.

So, after your mother passed away, your phone was taken away and your cellphone plan discontinued? Also, everyone was bullied a little bit in high school, so it's okay man.

Although It may not seem like It at the time, parents only want the best for their children. Look after him- you will not have a second chance If heaven calls. It's good to see you again, hope your activity gets back to normality.

My stuff was taken shortly after my Mom passed away. My phone was taken, but the plan was still active, the phone just sat in his room. I now pay my own phone bill so I can have it.
