Generally speaking, they (terrorists) don't care where they target their attack. As long as It's populated with scope of causing fatalities, then that's all that matters to them.

You know, I was wondering that also. Mothered has a point, their tactical efficiency is fortunately lacking, though I doubt they care as long as there is some form of impact. This is a result of the migrant crisis. A crackdown on immigration would be a huge step in drastically reducing the problem. A lot of them migrate for that purpose alone- acts of terrorism. It's been proven In my locality and although It won't eradicate the problem, I believe (like yourself) It'll significantly reduce It.
