Hello everyone. I would like to make a logo for me, myself, and I. I only have ms paint and paint.NET, but I was wondering if any of you recommend a program I could use to make a logo.

Adobe Illustrator is the software you need.

If you haven't already bought illustrator, pixlr is actually pretty good. It's free and online. Gimp is a solid second, too.
It's often the outcasts, the iconoclasts ... those who have the least to lose because they
don't have much in the first place, who feel the new currents and ride them the farthest.
