Hey guys, I'm trying to SE a g933 headset via Logitech and this is what they sent me.

We need a video showing the proof of purchase and the serial number of the product and a handwritten case number on a piece of paper for the completion of the replacement process.

How can I go about doing this. I have a s/n, and I can obviously write the case number down, but I don't have a receipt or anything. Shall I say it was a gift so I don't have any proof of purchase? I SEd a g29 wheel just yesterday, so I was sure to use a VPN and a different address as well as a different email address.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

1- Find a person who have this product and ask them to do a favor (best and legit option).
2- Ask them its a gift from Uncle/Friend, I dont have PoP

Might get the same CS rep, they probably don't have a army of reps like amazon.

If he uses the same type of writing style and story that'll raise a red flag and deny him right away.

But I haven't received a confirmation email with a tracking number, and it's been six days, they state in the email to wait 7 days for it come through. If it doesn't come through tomorrow, I'll have to call them or something.

Are you calculating "business days?".

That's what they usually refer to- excluding weekends and public holidays.

They give a ballpark figure (estimate) of the time-frame.

Give It another day or two and contact them.
