I'm doing another keyboard of Logitech, I've noticed it's the same Rep that helped me with a current keyboard, should I resubmit the support so I get a different rep or does Logitech not care about addresses?

I recommend wait for a while and then resubmit it, because yes, Logitech does care about address when they're been submited before

Logitech and almost every other company, keep records of every claim- chat, phone calls, emails etc.

As mentioned above, give It some time before SEing again.

I've submitted before to the same address and had no issues I just change up the email address that's the thing. Technically done them once, I'm waiting for one claim to be approved but I don't plan on emailing them any shipping details yet until that has gone through and been shipped. It's taking a while to be approved which is concerning

Good, let me know if it works, but consider in getting a safe house address where you can ship anything with someone else identity, part of a good SE is to use alternative enviroments to reach better results, when i'm SEing i usually use 2 different sites for the drop.

Well hopefully the one I'm waiting on goes through, doing it with the same rep to the same address though (I don't think I'll be able to get a second one) seems foolish

It's worrying that theirs been a 3-4 maybe 5 day delay depending on how you count in from when I received the reviewing the standard process internally email. My main question is do you guys think I should keep trying to get a new rep and not use the same one if I choose to use the same address? I'm worried he would recognize the address. And maybe recognize the fake receipt which means they could if they wanted to request proof of desturction.

If is the same rep he can remember the original receipt and is the same, usually it's not good using the same trick with same rep when SEeing because people/company's will realized you cheat on them, if they start to compare the records they will find the track and that can get you in serious trouble.

I can change some details in it but it'll look the same, the overall look will become clear. Very true I'll try to find someone else, heres hoping the replacement I'm waiting on rep gives me a email soon about it being confirmed.
