Did someone hit them with SN method recently? How are they now hard to hit? Do they ask for video proof or some pictures?

Last time I read about it they were not hard but respond slow and require video proof, POP, pictures.

They say they can't verify the receipt even though I gave them all the details (I'm doing problem video+sn+tn everything)
