Hi guys, haven't been on here in a while. Just got back to trying to SE after steel series upped their game, and thought I should try Logitech as they don't seem to be too hard still. I was wondering what things you would need to initiate the SE process, like S/N and things like that, and would they require things like PoD or PoP? Also when you do successfully SE them, do you receive a coupon code like steel series or do you just receive the same product as the S/N? Sorry for so many questions, just wanted to clear this all up before I attempted the SE. Thanks in advance.

It's pretty impossible, they will ask for vids with paper names etc. And if they think it's fishy, they will ignore you.

Haven't heard of this before, i always thought it would be them asking for proof of destruction or proof of purchase. Never heard of videos
