Hey guys, brand new to the forum, but I already see how this is an absolute goldmine.
My cheap $10 headphones broke recently so I figured that I'd give Logitech a go and try to get some quality headphones. I wrote them last night complaining about the headphones not lighting up or connecting.
They sent me a reply this morning saying,
"We apologize for not getting back to you promptly regarding your inquiry. Unfortunately, we are experiencing higher than average contact volume at this time. More nonsense blah blah blah."
Then they said, "Please provide the following so I can update our records and make sure that we have the right information:
Device information:
*Product PID or S/N number: (Not from the box, a combination of letters and numbers and ends in number 8)
*Please provide a copy of the proof of purchase (attach a scan or photo of the sales receipt or VAT invoice in JPG format).
I'm going to say I've tried all the troubleshooting methods already to no avail, and I've already used darkproof to make a fake Amazon receipt.
Do you experienced SE'rs believe this will work? Any flaws, etc?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
