Tried to do the Logitech method with a keyboard. Got the serial number for it. Contacted them saying I had bought it off amazon

Why didn't you say It was purchased from them, Logitech?

Do they then not ask for an order ID from Logitech?


I've figured out how to easily do Logitech now, after my 4th time of trying.

By trying & trying again, it's taught me new methods on how to successfully manipulate my way through their obstacles.

I've also had them admit that RMA's can't be cross-checked, so if you SE them once, you will probably be able to do it again and again and again and again and again and it'll never flag on their system that you've had about 90 replacements.

What methods do you use?
