Ive purchased a Logitech Pro X Superlight for 119.99GBP I want to EB or DNA whats my best bet the mouse weighs less than 63 grams.

EB is definitely the easiest option, I previously used the SN method a lot with Logitech but from what I've heard they now have a returns facility but you could always go down the route of boxing them.

Has anyone tried DNA with Logitech? I'm about to do a $400 order.

Yes, they ask you to return the item that you claim is “faulty”.

Usually they don't ask you to return the product; at least in EU so far
