I am attempting to SE a Logitech Product. The Item weight is 14-18 grams excluding packaging.
They want me to ship it back to them for analysis, they plan on sending me a prepaid label.
Will it work to just send an empty box?

Yes, box them without adding a weight substitute.

In addition to the packaging, 18 grams will not be Incremented when weighed.
