Just a FYI for anybody doing Logitech;

I thought I was close to finally getting a replacement but then they demanded things that I couldn't possibly do, no matter what excuse I made. I won't say what they asked me to do because I reckon they are on this forum. Infact I'm pretty certain of it.

Here's part of what i tend to do if i get that response:
1) Give up and try with a different email, ip and s/n
2) Finesse someone on Craigslist/Gumtree/Ebay to give me the photo with the case number on it. (Make your username something Like "R_(logitech case  number)" something like D.01924812 then message people listing the said item and ask for proof it's real asking for a photo of the back with you "username" on a piece of paper. Some may ask why but just say you've been scammed with fake products from china ect too much.

That's most of what you need there, I have a few custom tips i cannot air in the public with them making it really easy for me to get around needing anything like this
