That'll confirm the serial's validity.

There's a checker on Logitech website to check Serial Numbers. You need to find it. Unluckily - you can't check if product is under warranty period. Only support knows that and can decline your warranty claim.

Not If you enquire purely as a legit customer, by asking whether the product related to the serial Is still under warranty. If It has warranty, that's when you hit the SE In an unrelated fashion to the enquiry.

I've done It many times with an array of companies, and they had no hesitation to be of help.
