I installed a RAT on my computer and indeed I fully controlled it. However, my goal was to access the local server which my computer is connected too.

By local server I mean the server of my small company which is not connected to internet and where we put documents...

If it's not connected to the internet, you won't be able to establish a remote connection. You can try through AUX(phone cables) but I wouldn't recommend that. Also why on earth would you install a RAT on your own server? You can just use normal remote desktop tools that are made for that? Windows even has a remote desktop client built-in and for linux installations you could use PuttY or Teraterm.

What do you mean? If the server is connected to a hotspot it's connected to the internet. I mean if you don't have any cables plugged in and you don't have wifi on the server than it's not connected to the internet.

@Bish0pQ but the computer in my office which is connected to the server network is connected to internet !!!
I cannot access the server through this laptop ( has online connection)...

I don't understand... why would you RAT your own server, and why Isn't the server connected to the internet? Are you saying the server is a local server, as in its for a local network, and not connected to WAN? If you want to remote control it from the outside that's not possible unless it's port forwarded. (Usually)

I mean he can create a wifi hospot with programs or with smart phone and connect to it , From cmd use a ip of a wifi and create a server.
