You register product first, u need to have SN on hand and POP that you upload when you register your product. Then u complain, they asked me for photo of original POP for Keyboard, for mouse I had to explain in detail what's wrong with it, but for most expensive part the G935 Headset I wrote a complaint yesterday, and they replied today, so I found this very funny, so I had to share it xD

It depends on your approach, problem with your product and your location...

I contacted them nd said the internal battery on my keyboard had expanded and had to be disposed of safely as it was a fire risk. Apparently that's not a good enough reason for them, and won't be replacing it. Based in the UK

Bro nooooo, you never say that product put you and anyone else in danger. Why would you do that?
For every complaint that regards any product safety it at it most importance for company to document and get the product back
Don't do that ever again, otherwise you will fail every time...

They can't get it back, an expanded battery is illegal to send.

I see you are new to this, they can get it back, and in case of serious issue they can arrange a pickup, request to drop the item to nearby partner service centre or arrange a special delivery with DHL for Dangerous and damaged goods...

There is no step by step guide mate. I can tell you a few tips, when it comes to SE'ing you represent yourself as a loyal customer to that brand!
When it comes to problem with your product, you always look for small problems in the product, so that the product is still usable.
Example: The mouse middle button doesn't work any more but scrolling does, you decided to upgrade to more expensive mouse after you had old model for 5 years and still works to this day. You are disappointed that you had to pay XX money for something that broke in 6 months...

I'm not talking about carrier pickup...they have partner companies everywhere. I'm only talking from experience and I Live in DACH region...
