I will be doing a webinar on "JCA (Java Cryptography Architecture)" on 2nd March. I didn't see posts or threads or people taking interest in the JCA or JCE java api. Hence I decided to do a live session with live examples, and hands on coding.

Topics to be covered :

1. Cryptography basics.
2. JCA introduction.
3. Exploring JCA and JCE - learning about the Cryptographic Service Providers.
4. RSA and DES (More Stress on RSA due as DES is time consuming)
5. Live examples of using the JCA API.

The Webinar would be in listen-audio mode. You should have a headset with a microphone. I will be using anymeeting.com to do the job, note that I am a free member and hence you will be seeing google ads on the right side. During the tutorial I will be sharing my screen, and I will give a presentation.

Don't expect that I would cover greater depth as it would take more time and there would be other people who can give an hour atmost.

After the session is over you'll receive the ppt and the code files as reading material. Also don't expect that this webinar would be for HC members only, my friends would be joining (6-7).

There would a chat section in the left bottom, if you have a doubt then ask there. During the session I will be sharing a few notes. As soon as I share you will get a notification which you would be able to see on the Top bar in the middle with a name "Notes".
