Does anyone have a list of SE'able companies (preferably electronic companies) that don't send an engineer to check out your faulty product or offer to repair your product by making you send it to a service center however do offer straightup replacements? I tried to SE LG and logitech but in the former one, they tried to send an engineer to my house and in the latter they won't offer a replacement unless i sent the item to a service center.
