For pentesting purposes, there are some distros based on ubuntu:

- Backtrack, wich is on its 4th version, r2 (bt5 coming in may) - http://www.backtrack-linux.org/
- Blackbuntu, wich is an Ubuntu based distribution for pentest use, based on Ubuntu 10.10 (CE 0.2 version atm)- http://www.blackbuntu.com/
- Gnacktrack, wich is based on Backtrack (even uses the same repositories) but uses Gnome instead of KDE - http://www.gnacktrack.co.uk/

Backtrack is the best security distro out. Blackubuntu still has lots of problems so people who want it wait until next release but backtrack is going to beat them before they release because their new release backtrack 5 comes next month and i cant fucking wait..

Now for Gnacktrack what kind of fucking name it that.
