Don't they attempt to first deliver to you?

If the package Is handed to you with only a signature to verify It, the DNA Is good to go.

It's not common practice, but the possibility exists.
They ended up delivering to my neighbor since I wasn't home, I'm guessing DNA is not a good option now? I don't want to involve my neighbors into anything in case DPD decides to investigate.

Correct, It's not good practice to Involve your neighbors.
You can either return everything and reorder on a different account then DNA It (be sure you're home to accept the delivery), or SE only the one Item from that shipment.

I decided to try PEB on the most expensive items and say only one arrived, I got a refund within 2 hours. Really suprised. This was on Levis btw, thanks for your help

2 items, £140. I belive its because they were having warehouse upgrades from the 19th to 25th which caused delays. Should still work if you buy now.
