Anyone done Lenovo before? Going to try DNA them for an expensive gaming laptop

Looking for feedback and if anyone has dealt with their customer service before

Defo interested in how this goes, I know from past experience that Lenovo customer service is absolutely awful, however this was a couple of years ago.
