They said the proof of delivery is done and it means it’s delivered but the signature is not even elgible. Tiny line on it.

Also no image of the package being there.

Should I chargeback? They keep saying that it is been delivered and the proof of delivery proves it. What do I do

Its not fake signed but its literally empty. Its a little line or 2. Doesnt make out a signature. It says its recieved by me though even though i wasnt the one to recieve it?

The address matching shipping address and being recieved by ‘me’ and my ‘signature’ when I didn’t sign nor did I personally receive it. It was. Family member and the signature is literally not legible it is a line

It obviously doesn't conclude that you personally received It.

Tell them to justify the signature.
