I'm very interested in purchasing this but was going to see if there was any possible SE'ing I could do to get one.

I noticed it said it offers a 10 year warranty, and was gonna see if I could claim that it was defunct on arrival, never arrived, or possibly even claim the box method but then noticed on the Warranty page that none of that would work because

What Will PAX Labs Do?

If a valid claim under this Limited Warranty is received within the 10 year warranty period, PAX Labs will, at its discretion, either: (1) Repair the defect; or (2) Exchange the device for a new one.

Except as stated herein, PAX Labs makes no other express warranty.

If anybody else thinks they can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated and possibly paypal rewarded.

Wouldn't the box method work then? Dry ice, and you can claim the carrier took it? In which I don't see why the company wouldn't be forgiving and what's best for their customer satisfaction. Just my thought.

Thats true. I might end up having to try the bx method but dont wanna try so many different things that they know something is up you know?

I've done the older PAX 2 a while back and all it took was a box full of dry freaking ice and they never saw the difference. Just one less vaporizer.

Maybe I just got lucky but the day tracking showed my "box" was in the warehouse I got a tracking number for the new device so its worth a shot. If they check then just saying you shipped it out and be upset that my broken device is lost.
