Hello, when i do PEB methods, sometimes seller is asking me to fill in Legal Statement. One time i filled it and they did some investigation, couple days later i got response where they said:

"Our warehouse investigation has confirmed that all of the items you ordered were properly scanned, packaged and shipped in the shipment you received.
Also, we are not aware of any incident with your package during transit and we believe that you received it in acceptable condition with all the items ordered."

If i get request to fill in Legal Statement, do i still have a chance to get refund? What i have to do?
