hi to all, let me pose one question, do you know any store in Europe that doesn't respond to pp disputes that sell graphic cards? (two 4080 for example)

Do you have any stores that you want to exchange? I have European store that sells GPUs but they do not ship to every country

Just fyi MS responded to my claim last month but it was still decided in my favor

Did they respond long after a deadline that paypal would consider a merchant to be inactive/negligent of a customer?

Dispute takes 20 if they answer. If no answer its 10

People often confuse the dispute and claim.
You can escalate your dispute to a claim. The claim has a 10days response timer.
