John Lewis supposedly don't respond to chargebacks, can't confirm that though.

they did tell me this morning to do a chargeback with my credit card on an order as they couldn't do a refund themselves weirdly

I've heard mixed information there did they respond to your charge back at all?

they are the ones who told me to do it, so I can't see them responding
