Wish is a very easy company to SE I've heard , the DNA method usually suffices although I've never tried it myself.

Wish you can SE so easily. They don’t have a good or smart support team at all and they just are trying to get paid. Just say DNA and you’ll get a refund most of the time.
Out of my tries I’ve gotten 6 of 8 items refunded. To the same address and same cc.
