Hello guys,
I am new in this forum and I am trying to SE a laptop in portugal. I prefer receiving it at a reship address here, I dont think DNA will be the good option or EB. My top priority is HP however i read HP customer service sucks, Does anyone in this region tried DELL or LENOVO. I read about usa lenovo instantly provide replacement but it is a different region.
Your suggestions are really appreciated.

I dont know how it works in Portugal, but in my opinion your best option should be Amazon, because Portuguese shops may not help you solving a DND or EB like Amazon.
Idk if they use OTP in Portugal but keep in mind that a laptop is "heavy" and a high value so it should be a little hard to do
