So, I decided to SE Very.co.uk and they are delivering the goods with Royal Mail. How do I handle this? My plan is to do DNA, but I will wait for your advice. They might ask for signature as this is a signed for delivery.

What Items are you SEing?

Contact the company the next day and say that you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

Perfect.

It's a useless form of delivery verification, for the fact that anyone could've signed - even the carrier driver.

Thanks. I am SE'ing a gaming laptop, but low budget - nothing excessive. I have a strong history of paying for everything I have bought from Very, without any leftovers. Overall, my transactions since 2021 have exceeded £3,000. This is my first SE with them and apparently no OTP will be requested.

Alright you legends. Here is what happened - laptop got delivered just now by Royal Mail:

- Driver somehow entered the building and knocked on my door, but I did not answer.
- He left the package right in front of my door, adding a random signature which isn't mine.
- No photo was taken as evidence.
- For some strange reason, Royal Mail's tracking page shows that the package was delivered to the wrong GPS coordinates. It indicates a different building about 100m way.

How do I proceed?

What was their message/conversation when they approved the claim?
