So i'm sinking my teeth into c++, i've been creating simple programs and such with it, but i'm ready to take my programming to the next level, i know c# pretty well because my buddy always needs help with his homework, and c# basically codes for you it seems. to get to the point what languages should i be learning? i want to "master" c++ but be experienced in other languages also.

Depends on what you want to code and do. What are you intentions? Coding user-end programs or something else?

As others have already said, it definitely depends on what you want to do.
However, if you want to master C++, take a look at the possibility of learning C first. C++ is basically like, a big OOP wrapper for C, and learning C will help you really understand alot of the inner workings of C++.
+ You can do ALOT with C/++. Not everything, but they are very powerful languages, and can be used together almost seamlessly. They are definitely my favorite cross-platform languages as well.
Learning C gets you pretty close to the lower-levels of abstraction (without going into ASM) too. Having a good base in C makes other languages easier to understand as well. (Not to mention, it lets you appreciate their high-level abstractions more), EX: Python, a really high-level language, compiles/interprets (this is on a spectrum) into something similar to C-Byte-Code./native machine instructions. Ergo knowing C can potentially make you a better Python programmer.
Hope that helped

I guess i'm still exploring what i really want to do, i enjoy making windows forms, like i want to make something a user can enjoy and it will help them. Like last night i decided to dip into c# quick since its pretty easy and i made a basic login prompt and when they logged in the were brought to a new page on the page it was a picture that said something about us being protectors of internet morality and i have a button that said "Start my journey" and when they pressed the button it brought them here. I like making things like that, and i code websites for people when they need me to. I feel i should learn PHP. How would someone go about making a program like spotify or something?
