Hey guys, just wanna ask what programming language should I master today in 2017 and why ? Thank you so much .

I think python is a great start for a begginer. It is very easy to learn. Personally i started with Java, it is a little bit harder but you could check it out. Now it also depends on what you want to create. For example if you want to make websites you could learn HTML (for starters) and then CSS,PHP,javascript.

I can go ahead and recommend my thoughts, but It may not be suited to your needs. As with all computing tasks, there's always an objective. The same applies when learning a programming language- Identify and establish what you wish to achieve and the language will follow thereafter.

I highly recommend C, as C is very simple, and gives you a lot of control. C is a high-level language (or a low-level language, depending on your interpretation), and has many libraries available for you to use. Before learning C, however, you need to familiarize yourself with some computer science if you haven't already. You need to learn about floating points, networking, how your operating system works, some basic computer terminology, and much more. You also need to learn a lot about mathematics, depending on what you want to program. Most people will tell you that you do not really need to know much about mathematics to do computer programming, but this is usually a common misconception. In the future, and for bigger projects, you will likely be dealing with tons of mathematics, especially if you're looking to program video games.

I started with Python, Now Im learning C and VB.NET, it all depends on what you wanna learn to be honest mate, just find your purpose for learning and ask people then, Good luck

I'd recommend C, C++, or PHP. Python is a good beginner language. Depends on what you want to do.

I learned my languages in this order
Lua (was obsessed with computercraft)
Python
Js
Php

I plan on learning c++.

It's all up to what you're interested in.
