Logitech asked for videos and a picture, is it ok if i dont give any video and just give like 4 pics with what they requested? or will it certainly fail the SE, also does anyone know any excuses for not being able to give vids but give pics?

You can just send a few pics and the video as a corrupted file.

So maybe it will work.

Oh and the reason was that the keyboard was turning off for a few hours then turning on then back off again.

Unless their claims policy has changed, they usually request one or the other.

I made an excuse why I couldn’t send a video, but I sent 5 pics with a note with my name on, they then replied saying they must see the video and to upload it on google drive. And with the POP they want to see the full copy, on a pdf. This is pretty unusual.

i sent a 3 min video now with the serial number and issue and stuff, they still  asked to send another video showing even deeper into the issue lmao. Apparently many advisors arent replying today, this rep defo must love her job if shes working today and then continues to ask for a million vids/pics/pops.
