Hello,
I am trying to SE Amazon with an order. Let's say that the order has 4 items and I am trying to LIT 3 of them.

I asked Amazon to return the 3 items and they sent me over email that I could send the 3 items on my own costs with the carrier I wanted it to be. I chose the UPS and arranged for the item to weight about 1,5kg (witch is the weight of the 3 items combined) and made a UPS Scan LIT

33 days have passed since I left the package in the UPS Point, and it never moved since. Perfect!

Now when I contact Amazon to ask for my refund, they say that they don't refund unless the items arrived at the warehouse...

How can I get pass this??

Ps: the 3 items combined has a value of 2k€

Yes, I did pay. I have everything.
The invoice, the shipping label, the tracking code and the proof of the drop-off

It's expected with the flawed LIT.

In future, be sure to use traditional methods that obviously have a proven track record of success.

Amazon will not refund until and unless they receive it. The issue is that you are sending the package on your own that also marks it kind of risky for the company.

Maybe you can be persistent and it might work out. Ask them to contact the courier themselves.

You fucked up by sending it on your own. You need a prepaid label when you do lit, ftid, etc because this means the company is responsible if the package gets lost as they gave you a return label

I can say that the package was delivered to me again, because it couldn't be sent and I can ask for a label from Amazon
