RE: LEVIS: DNA? #31
I recently did a successful DNA on Levi's thru the chat, it was surprisingly easy. Fresh account new order.

Funny enough, I initially told them it was PEB since it came in 2 packages and they offered a refund . I got greedy and then told the agent in fact both packages were missing and he refunded me entirely with zero hesitation.

$300~ USD

Unfortunately I also read that "We recommend either a work address or someone present to accept delivery. Levi's® does not hold any responsibility for items which are lost or stolen."  So I supposed PEB is the only option here.

Sometimes the terms and conditions say one thing, but the company does another. Though I can only vouch for their customer service in the US, I have personally DNA'd Levi's numerous times with no pushback whatsoever - including multiple packages delivered at separate times on the same order.
Levi's is vouched for pretty regularly with DNA - and PEB - so it would seem that despite their terms stating this, they tend to lean towards making it right for the customer.

Not that you shouldn't proceed with caution and do what you feel comfortable with, or that TOS isn't useful, just wanted to chime in on Levi's specifically.
Did you get an instant refund or did you have to get a declaration of non receipt?
They’re asking me to give me their phone number so they can give it to the shipping company.

Hey @mothered, had a quick question

I'm receiving an iphone through DHL, and the driver just called me asking me if I were gonna be home, and that he'll call me when he'll be at the door (apartment complex).
Will that impact the DNA claim ?
What happened?

I didn't have to sign anything, and the representative processed the refund in chat.
