Hye guys ,

Recently I was searching for a tutorial on how to make a LED FAN clock. Well yes i did find a lot but I was wondering if there is any pdf from where i can learn about how this LED FAN CLOCK is made . Cause in every video they just show that it is made but what IC they use or what component they use they don't actually make it clear . So is there anyone who can give me a better tutorial on that ?
