I use Nox every day. I've also used Bluestacks as well, but it's not as good for managing multiple instances.

I just started using Bluestacks yesterday, and it's already miles better than Nox. Even though their interfaces are nearly identical in terms of layout, Bluestacks does a better job. With Bluestacks you get an interface that is clean, and no bugs to speak of. With Nox's interface I had frequent bugs, sometimes icons or menus didn't align properly, and I don't think their color scheme was all that great. Also, performance seems to be much better with Bluestacks. While running Azur Lane in Nox I had constant frame drops and stuttering during battles on a mid-range computer that shouldn't be lagging in a mobile game. But when I ran the same game on Bluestacks I had no frame dips. I was almost always locked at 60 FPS. Sometimes opening large menus would cause small frame dips, but that would only last maybe a second. I quite literally only use Android emulators for mobile games, so if your workflow is different then FPS might not matter.
One mild con with Bluestacks is that it doesn't feel like Android. Bluestacks completely overhauls the original Android UI. Instead of windows you get tabs for each app that's open. But if you're burried in a game you probably won't mind that.
If for some reason on your hardware you aren't getting any performance hiccups or bugs in Nox, this one ends up being down to personal preference. Just use whatever works best for you.
