This is probably your best smudge yet. The flow is great and the blending is amazing. I wouldn't mind seeing it darker and have the neon-like areas come out a bit more so it looks like the lighting would come out more. But besides that, I can't really think of anything else to say. I'm really glad you've come so far with smudging from when I first saw your smudge on AF (:
