Just received $3,000 Macbook, How should I go ahead with this? 03-06-2019, 07:47 PM

I just got my macbook from, Best buy canada. I want to know how to replacement not refund this because I was going to do partial like all other ones I've done and now I can't because they used separate boxes. Should I use wrong item with printer paper? I'm going for a replacement after all, not a refund.

Yep, I'd go with printing paper that's sold specifically by Bestbuy. If they have their own brand of paper (or a similar item) that you can use, go for that instead as it'll give a clear indication that it's come from them and nobody else.
However, don't jump into it straight away. Await for some more advice before going ahead. The worse thing you can do is back your self into a corner and say the wrong things.

Because customer service is run by bots lol
So, you wish to go ahead with this $3000 refund, based on the fact that "customer service is run by bots"?
You misunderstood him, he isn't going to do partial on this one. Also, in my experience most companies don't care about partial weight, I don't know why though.
