Jokes aside, if the meal is under HKD$100 (approximate equivalent of £10) you can do the refund without saying(or typing) a word. Just click "it didn't arrive" and "I would like a refund", and they process it instantly.

I'm pretty sure most orders have to be over £10 though?

People like me who just wants a quick burger, from McDonald's will be about £2 (hk$20)

But even if it's more, you cant do the auto refund, but you can talk to them, and they mostly refund without asking a question/ if you do a lot, they will ask, but just approve it if your answer is good enough and polite
