1 - Find one product of JLAB
2- Make a receipt
3- Follow the SE, they will ask you for receipt and destruction proof (or not)
4- Enjoy

Yes but you don't need SN for this

I don't understand, can you explain in more detail? Should I find one product from their site and write them that it's broken or something and demand a refund for it under warranty?

2. Your discord link is invalid..
3. Is S/N not needed at all or is there a receipt picture you can share that we can use?
