I had order some items around  claimed DNA the first guy said he could not do anything.I phone again the after arguing she said I will get phoned back with a supervisor I asked for a confirmation via email then the call got ended.I phone again and told the person what happened.After that had happened she told me to fill a form sent to my email.Once that had happened I had received a new email saying the investigation had failed bare in mind I had not filled in the form yet.I filled in the form and received no response yet.

My question is  whether will receive a refund since I filled the form in even though I got an email saying that the investigation before filling the form also the failed investigation emailed I got looked copy and pasted from the worker

Any advice or tips would be appreciated

how much is the order? if it is a lot i would say be persistent.
if the order is not worth much you can just make an excuse and return it.

The order is around £400 I just filled the form in and they rejected I guess I'm gonna carry on phoning up

DNA failed for me so i tried EB and it worked

The items are too heavy for EB
