I keep attempting to email them, but they are not responding. The last email I received was asking whether or not the consignment had actually come despite not being sent a labal or notification for this. What should I do, kind of losing hope since they are taking a while to respond.

Contact them by phone, and don't get off the line until your questions and concerns have been attended to.

When I return it, should I keep the plastic wrapping for the case itself or keep them out of the box for this?
