I have no experience with Amazon but I’ve heard that the DE site used to be easier to refund on. Not sure it’s true though.

As stated from @"Lucas1543", it really depends a lot on where you live, and a lot of others variables like the reputation of the account based on older orders and amount spent. Do your research on old threads on the forum as it's a gold mine of informations.

I had the easiest time with Amazon.de, but the account also had about 2.000€ in orders. So I can't give you much information.

I don't know, but I know that most germans don't have the best English.
