Is safe to play Mod game on mobile?

MOD Application allows you to use the paid application in Free. They are not security checked application and you have to install that Modded application at your own risk. MODDED Application can harm your device as well as it will take revenue impact of the original developer of that application

I would say it's safe. Just make sure you scan any APKs you download on Virustotal to be sure.

But, If it's an online game like Clash of Clans, the game may not load because you have an out-of-date version, or because it's detected as modded by an anti-cheat.
