Surely you're not the only person that can see threads... so no. It's not just you.

It's a good thing since they're increasing activity and at least making the forum slightly more intellectual.

Yes, I've especially noticed a ton of new SE threads.
(I'm not sure if that's a good thing though. )

Provided their contributions are more so HQ, then yes, I certainly agree.

And a good point you've made pertaining to activity. Every forum needs It.
