Is it better to DNA or EB Bestbuy #1
Im looking to SE a cpu from bestbuy. One option is to EB a 600 dollar cpu (cpu not visible outside of box). Second option is to DNA a 470 dollar cpu (cant do EB because it's visible outside the box). Which one will work better with bestbuy? (can't do walmart or amazon anymore, both account banned)

They're not liable for lost shipments.

There was a situation in our workplace where a colleague recently ordered a 4,000$ camera lens from BestBuy ...he opened it only to realize it's just pieces of carboard in the lens box that purposefully matches the package weight. Since the weight matches, it could've been a previous customer who successfully returned it, or a rogue employee, or even a rogue courier, but of course it's his word against their's (there's no evidence on both sides). He brought it up randomly and simply left it as "BestBuy" is currently giving him a hard time. In this situation, is this honest customer really screwed over and out 4k$?

Despite BB not being liable for lost packages, I've hit them repeatedly for DNA in the sub 500 range recently. Both aged and fresh accs.

Was the box perfectly sealed when received?

Easily established, by checking with the accounts department to see If It was previously Invoiced.

Simply cross-check who picked & packed the order.

It's certainly a possibility.

If there's no damage report raised by the carrier or It was a previous return, the claim favours the customer.
