I would say it is subjective. Each persons mind functions independently and what one person perseive may not hold true for another person. It is rather complicated but yes, reality perseved differ from person to person.

Exactly. Whatever we experience will automatically becomes real for us. But sometimes, others experiences are unbelievable as well.

I agree with Miamoo its all about your perception, you create everything with just the thought. Nothing exists until you have given it thought, which then manifests into "reality". Its all about how you perceive it to be. Remember these three things its your world theough your eyes, positive out brings positive in, and last but not least; ask and you shall recieve. Mate, I tell you, the virtual reality world, is addictive.
