Sorry for the delay guys.
I did DNA with PR, they said that I will get my money back in 5-7 days.
No signs of money. I contacted them, they said the investigation team blocked my refund and I emailed them which they answered with nothing in particular.
I am trying to pressure them by sending emails.
I opened a bank claim tho.

One year and half i SE a Ipad pro (1200€) on amazon somewhere in west europea. I said that the box of the ipad was empty. They refused to refund me, so i made a PR at the police station. After two months they refunded me.

They give always the same answer. Can't give a refund because the carrier said it was delivered.
I will ask for proof of delivery, they didn`t had otp on my delivery so they cannot proof the parcel was single handed to me by the carrier.
Let me see how it goes, this is the second time they process the refund but revert it.

Is a common method amongst the Social Engineers, u order two similar products that probably are in the same warehouse to near addresses, when the 2 products arrive say u received the other product.
The problem with this method is the following, if the company have CCTV the method is more likely to fail, if the other product is not in the same warehouse the company could also blame the carrier but it could also fail. The items should be similar in weight.
In my case I wanted a safer method that will match my necessities, if u have anymore questions lemme know.
