How did you respond to that?
The only way I could, I told the clerk that she could clearly see it was a sealed box and that I had not opened it, therefore whatever was contained in the box is exactly what was in the box when I received it.
keep us updated when you get the refund or not
Argos did not refund me and actually went further as to send me a letter banning me from all Argos stores! I won my Chargeback case against them however.

Can I ask you how a chargeback is performed? I have never done one so I am ignorant about this
